Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ezprody.com, operated by market4ch LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
ezprody is an AI-powered tool that generates Shopify product pages from product URLs. The service includes web scraping, AI copywriting, image processing, and Shopify store integration.
Accounts
You must create an account to use ezprody. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
Credits & Payments
ezprody operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating product pages (1 credit for standard, 2 for premium). Purchased credits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice to existing users.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for illegal purposes, submit URLs to products that violate intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, abuse the API or exceed reasonable usage limits, or use automated systems to access the service without authorization.
Intellectual Property
AI-generated content (copy, images) produced by ezprody for your product pages belongs to you. The ezprody platform, brand, and technology remain the property of market4ch LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself.
Shopify Integration
You authorize ezprody to create and modify product listings on your Shopify store using the credentials you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your Shopify store complies with Shopify's terms of service. We are not liable for any consequences of product listings created through our service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scraped data, the quality of AI-generated content, or uninterrupted service availability. AI-generated content may require review and editing before publishing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, market4ch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
